The processing & production of your order will take 10-15 business days. 

Feel free to visit our samples showroom for sizing. You can visit us at 700 5th Ave in Watervliet (the re-purposed St. Brigid's School & Church). Located in the Port Schuyler area near Schuyler Bakery (Yum!). 

DELIVERY FAQS:

1. Pick up at WICKED SMART offices (no charge option) . We will notify you when your order is complete via the email contact you submit during checkout (make sure it is one you check :)).
2. USPS delivery to your home (additional shipping charges will apply). The shipping method you select pertains to how your order will be shipped once it has been through production and is complete. Choosing expedited shipping will not affect the processing of your order, just how it is delivered. Please contact our offices with any questions. Thank you!

ORDER FAQS:

• Using an EXPRESS PAYMENT Method, PayPal, Apple-pay......, will auto populate and select "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart" as your delivery method.
•  Please Note: All sales are final. Orders are made custom per order; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for decorated garments. Orders cancelled during production phase are subject to a restocking fee.
•  ***DISCLAIMER: Wicked Smart is not responsible for back order items that are unable to be fulfilled by the expected delivery date. We will do our best to fulfill the back order in a timely fashion once it arrives to us for decoration. Items may be "in stock" at the time the store opens, but "out of stock" once the store closes. We will keep you updated on delivery status.
