1. USPS Home Delivery- Additional shipping charges apply
- Shipping occurs after production is complete
- Expedited shipping does not speed up production
- Orders can be picked up by your organization and distributed at a time/place of their choice
- Once orders leave with the 3rd party, Wicked Smart is not responsible for loss or damage
POLICIES
- All sales are final — custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
- Orders canceled during production may incur a restocking fee
- We are not liable for back-ordered items beyond the expected delivery date
- Out-of-stock items will be refunded in full — no substitutions
