Feel free to visit our samples showroom for sizing. You can visit us at 700 5th Ave in Watervliet (the re-purposed St. Brigid's School & Church). Located in the Port Schuyler area near Schuyler Bakery (Yum!).
- Pick up at WICKED SMART offices (no charge option) . We will notify you when your order is complete via the email contact you submit during checkout (make sure it is one you check :)). **Orders that select "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart " once notified of completion and ready to be picked up will be available for 6 months/ 180 days for pick up. If an order is left at our offices after 6 months/ 180 days it will be considered an ABANDONED order, and donated to a charity of our choice. Refunds will not be given if you do not pick up your abandoned order.
- USPS delivery to your home (additional shipping charges will apply). The shipping method you select pertains to how your order will be shipped once it has been through production and is complete.Choosing expedited shipping will not affect the processing of your order, just how it is delivered. Please contact our offices with any questions. Thank you!
- You may have your order be picked up by a 3rd party and distributed at time/place of the organization's choice. By selecting this method of delivery, you have authorized another party to take responsibility for your order. Once the order leaves with the 3rd party, Wicked Smart is no longer responsible. Wicked Smart is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in the delivery process of the 3rd party, Club/Team or School distribution.
- Using an EXPRESS PAYMENT Method, Paypal, Applepay......, will auto populate and select "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart" as your delivery method.
- Please Note: All sales are final. Orders are made custom per order; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for decorated garments. Orders cancelled during production phase are subject to a restocking fee.
- NEW!!!***DISCLAIMER: Wicked Smart is not responsible for back order items that are unable to be fulfilled by the expected delivery date. Inventory of items is checked at several points of the Webstore process. If items are out of stock at the time a store is ready for production, then the customer will be refunded in full for that out of stock item. There will be no substitutions! Due to the supply chain crisis we are no longer able to wait for restocked items and deliver at a later date.
