DELIVERY FAQS:
- USPS delivery to your home (additional shipping charges will apply). The shipping method you select pertains to how your order will be shipped once it has been through production and is complete. Choosing expedited shipping will not affect the processing of your order, just how it is delivered. Please contact our offices with any questions. Thank you!
ORDER FAQS:
- Using an EXPRESS PAYMENT Method, PayPal, or Apple-pay......, will auto populate and select "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart" as your delivery method.
- Please Note: All sales are final. Orders are custom-made per order; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for decorated garments. Orders canceled during the production phase are subject to a restocking fee.
- ***DISCLAIMER: Wicked Smart is not responsible for back order items that cannot be fulfilled by the expected delivery date. We will do our best to fulfill the back order in a timely fashion once it arrives to us for decoration. Items may be "in stock" when the store opens, but "out of stock" once the store closes. We will keep you updated on delivery status.
