• Shipping occurs after production is complete

• Expedited shipping does not speed up production

• all orders will be shipped at the same time after production.

• All sales are final — custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged

• Orders canceled during production may incur a restocking fee

• We are not liable for back-ordered items beyond the expected delivery date

• Out-of-stock items will be refunded in full — no substitutions
