Club Coordinator (Kristin Armstrong) has the sample sizes and will be communicating via email as to when they will be available down at Maalwyck Park.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select your player's uniform package- **One uniform package per player. You may order uniform separates at an additional cost if you want additional items.
2. Record player's sizes for items requiring sizes and your assigned player number
4. Select your player's Age level/Team from the drop down.
5. Proceed to Check out and enter the Uniform Code given to you by the Club
6. Be certain to select "Pick up by Fifty FC Team Coach/Manager" to have the uniform delivered with the Team- DO NOT Pay for Shipping- The order will not be shipped to you.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Third-Party Pickup & Distribution- Orders can be picked up by your organization and distributed at a time/place of their choice
- Once orders leave with the 3rd party, Wicked Smart is not responsible for loss or damage
POLICIES
- All sales are final — custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
- Orders canceled during production may incur a restocking fee
- We are not liable for back-ordered items beyond the expected delivery date
- Out-of-stock items will be refunded in full — no substitutions
