Club Uniform Package consists of:
- Authentic Hummel Game Jersey decorated with Club Crest, and Player Number
- Authentic Hummel Alternate jersey decorated with Club Crest, and player number
- Authentic Hummel Practice jersey, decorated with Club Crest
- Authentic Hummel shorts and Socks, in Black
- Youth & Adult sizes.
**Club Coordinator (Kristin Armstrong) has the sample sizes and will be communicating via email as to when they will be available down at Maalwyck Park..
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Select your player's Uniform package
2. Record player's sizes for items requiring sizes and your assigned player number.
4. Select you player's Age level/Team from the drop down.
5. Proceed to Check out and Use the code provided by the Club for the Free Uniform package assigned to your Level.
6. AT CHECKOUT- Be certain to select "Pick up by Fifty FC Team Coach/Manager" to have the uniform delivered with the Team- DO NOT Pay for Shipping- The order will not be shipped to you.
