Customers will be notified via the email supplied at check out, once the order is complete and instructions on how to pick up the order.

All orders for the storefront are put into production together
- The order will be held at Wicked Smart for pick up (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) for 180 days after the notification date. We are unable provide storage for orders after the 6months. The order will then be considered abandoned and donated to the charity of our choice. No refunds will be issued.
Note: PayPal, Apple Pay, and other express checkout methods automatically select "3rd Party Pickup"
