DELIVERY OPTIONS

1. USPS Home Delivery

• Additional shipping charges apply

• Shipping occurs after production is complete

• Expedited shipping does not speed up production

2. Pick up @ Wicked Smart, Watervliet NY (Free)

• Customers will be notified via the email supplied at check out, once the order is complete and instructions on how to pick up the order.

• All orders for the storefront are put into production together

• The order will be held at Wicked Smart for pick up (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) for 180 days after the notification date. We are unable provide storage for orders after the 6months. The order will then be considered abandoned and donated to the charity of our choice. No refunds will be issued.

Note: PayPal, Apple Pay, and other express checkout methods automatically select "3rd Party Pickup"

POLICIES

• All sales are final — custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged

• Orders canceled during production may incur a restocking fee

• We are not liable for back-ordered items beyond the expected delivery date

• Out-of-stock items will be refunded in full — no substitutions
