The shipping method you select pertains to how your order will be shipped once it has been processed and is complete. Choosing expedited shipping will not affect the processing of your order. Choosing expedited shipping will affect the cost and timeliness of delivery, once the order is complete.
All orders must choose "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart" or to be shipped. You may choose shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx at an additional charge. Choosing Shipping by any of these carriers will not expedite the arrival of the order.
***DISCLAIMER: Wicked Smart is not responsible for backorder items that are unable to be fulfilled by the expected delivery date. We will do our best to fulfill the backorder in a timely fashion once it arrives to us for decoration. Items may be "in stock" at the time the store opens, but "out of stock" once the store closes. We will keep you updated on delivery status.
Do not hesitate to contact our offices regarding sizing questions. We can provide a size chart or you may visit our extensive showroom with samples.
Please Note: All sales are final. Orders are made custom per order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for decorated garments. Orders cancelled during production phase are subject to a restocking fee.
